Conference-themed SaaS brochure handout

Tying brand brochure messages to conference or trade show themes

This client, a leading provider of customer satisfaction and loyalty software, wanted to create a conference-themed SaaS brochure handout that:

  • Integrated new messaging elements
  • Tied directly into the key ideas raised during conference sessions
  • Positioned the company's key products as direct lines for implementing ideas discussed at the conference

To develop the piece, I studied the conference materials and many of my client's internal and customer-facing documents, and then iterated back and forth on the content, first with the director of product marketing and then, content set, with the design team.

P.S. You should know that I'm a proponent of less text, more white space. (A lot less text ... a lot more white space!) I'd much rather spread a lot of content over more pages than to try to cram it all into a shorter document. In this case though, my client wanted to print the brochure. My job was to fit all of the information they wanted to convey within the four pages -- thus the cramped look of the piece.

I can lead you to water ... and I'll try really hard ... but I can't make you drink! :)
