A: Part of my process involves a deep dive into your online brand. I’ll read your previous content, your personal blog (if you have one), your personal social media content, relevant podcast episodes you’ve hosted or been on, and more. As I read and lIsten, I’ll take notes about your personal voice and style: Certain words and phrases you use, how you structure sentences, how you organize your ideas, how you create transitions—and more. I’ll also interview you to learn about your personal and professional lives. I’ll ask about hobbies, favorite music, best memories, and a whole lot more. The result of this exercise is a personal style guide you can take with you after our engagement is over.

A: From kickoff, the process can take two to three weeks. It really depends on how quickly I can get the information I need, how much research I have to do, when we can schedule our interview, and what else is on my plate. When we get into the project, I’ll give you an estimated timeline. I’ll also check in with you frequently throughout the process—I hate when vendors make me wonder what’s going on, so I make efforts to always keep you in the know.

A: Each month, you’ll receive a set number o posts (4, 8, or 12) based on your package. I’ll deliver posts in a batch, and you’ll have an opportunity to review them.

A: It’s easy. You can request two rounds of revIsions for each batch of posts. I’ll send you the drafts as a Google Doc or in Word—your choice. Let me know what changes you’d like using comments or by tracking changes. I’ll update your personal style guide accordingly, which means the posts I write for you will get better and better over time. After I complete the edits, I’ll send the drafts back to you for approval. Then either you or I schedule the posts, depending on your package.

A: I’ll include one image per post unless you have a particular image you want to use or if a personal image would be better. I get images from Unsplash and Unsplash+, as well as from Deposit Photos and Canva. I may even create images using DALL-E 3.

A: Just let me know when you’d like the monthly billing to stop. Unfortunately, the systems I’m using don’t make it possible for you to cancel the billing yourself. But I will cancel for you immediately upon request.
